I make available, a few weeks per year, my beachfront apartment. It has just been completely renovated with taste. The furniture is NEW, the materials are of first choice.
30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, privileged area of Marbella in front of the famous Golden Beach. 5-star Estrella del Mar hotel with its beach club by the sea, including jacuzzi, thermal baths, fitness room (closed for renovation). Very good restaurants in front of the residence such as La Scala, Estrella del Mar or La Plage Casanis.
THE APARTMENT
Magnificent apartment located on the upper ground floor (5 steps). The apartment is dual-aspect with a large kitchen open to the living room which gives access to the terrace.
THE TERRACE
The terrace has a surface of 50 square meters which includes a dining area, outdoor lounge, sunbathing area with solar shower. Another small terrace in front of the double bedroom

THE ROOMS
3 beautiful bedrooms that can luxuriously accommodate 6 people. 1 bedroom with a double bed, the other 2 bedrooms with double beds that can be separated. Built-in wardrobes in each bedroom, with an additional large chest of drawers and a safe in the double bedroom. 2 full bathrooms in the sleeping area. On request, a baby bed can be made available.
